Data collected

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form: full name, email address, company name and project description. We do not collect sensitive data under Art. 9 GDPR.

Legal basis

Processing is based on: (a) your consent when submitting the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); (b) pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (c) our legitimate interest in managing business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party platform integrations

Reverdin Studio operates developer API integrations with Meta, LinkedIn, X and TikTok for internal business operations only. These do not involve processing personal data from website visitors.

Retention period

Contact form data is retained for 24 months. Client contractual data is retained for 10 years under Italian tax law (D.P.R. 600/1973).
